WorldChanger Next Generation

We provide science-based mental health prevention to youth through schools, centers, and digital platforms.

CORE MISSION

Our mission is clear: we are turning reach into mentally strong kids by bringing science-based prevention directly to where they are — in schools, youth centers, and digital formats.

By combining science-based psychological foundations with easy-to-understand, entertaining formats and the emotional power of role models, we make mental strength an accessible and non-stigmatized part of everyday life.

THE WORLDCHANGER USP

We don't just provide information; we create impact through a unique methodology:

Scientific Foundation

Role Models as a Bridge

Experience-Based Formats

Direct Access

We develop evidence-based modules with leading experts to ensure clinical relevance.

We utilize the massive reach of prominent figures to create emotional identification and break down barriers.

We translate complex theory into interactive modules that make mental health tangible.

We deliver our programs directly to where the next generation lives and learns.

Pilot Module · Self-Doubt — Break Out

IMPACT YOU CAN MEASURE

In the first school pilot of our Self-Doubt module, we systematically captured both acceptance and change. The result: a format that doesn't just reach young people — it moves them.

Net Promoter Score

81

Across industries, anything above 50 already counts as excellent. In our pilot, not a single participant rated the module negatively — a rare result for a Gen Z audience.

Our 3-R Score

Resilience, measured along three pillars.

Recognize, Reframe, Release. Agreement rates ("strongly/somewhat agree") prove that impact isn't a gut feeling — it's measurable.

90%

Recognize

Students notice more quickly when they're stressed or putting too much pressure on themselves.

100%

Reframe

Every participant now understands where self-doubt comes from — and that it's completely normal.

100%

Release

Every single student walked away with concrete tools to actively regulate pressure in daily life.

Voices from the pilot

What students take away.

Normalization

Self-doubt isn't always negative. Now I understand it's completely normal.

Empowerment

Stop doubting myself — and start seeing the good more often.

Agency

I'll just start — no matter what others think.

Authentic Role Models

Who delivers it.

Role models who've been through pressure, doubt, and comeback themselves. They make scientific concepts tangible — because they've lived them.

THE MODULES IN DETAIL

Four science-backed modules, developed with leading experts and brought into classrooms by real Role Models. Each module addresses a core mental hurdle of Gen Z.

Module 01Ready & In Implementation

Self-Doubt — Break Out

Self-doubt is the biggest barrier for Gen Z. In this module, we break the stigma by showing that even the world's most successful people face inner critics.

Focus

Recognizing negative thought patterns and neutralizing the pressure to be perfect.

Goal

Empowering students to stop comparing their "inside" with others' "outside" — and start trusting their own potential.

Module 02In Development

Identity — Beyond the Filter

In a world of social media filters and digital personas, finding one's true self is harder than ever. This module helps teenagers navigate the gap between their online image and their authentic self.

Focus

Building intrinsic self-worth and defining personal values independent of likes and views.

Goal

Helping young people reach beyond the "fingertips of expectation" to discover who they truly are.

Module 03In Development

Fear — From Pressure to Power

Fear of failure and anxiety about the future are at an all-time high. We teach students that fear isn't a stop sign, but a signal they can learn to manage.

Focus

Understanding the body's stress response (Polyvagal Theory) and learning practical tools to regulate anxiety in real-time.

Goal

Moving from being "paralyzed by pressure" to "resilient under stress."

Module 04In Development

Motivation — When Nobody's Clapping

True motivation isn't about a short-term hype — it's about discipline and purpose. This module focuses on what happens when the spotlight is off and the hard work begins.

Focus

Developing intrinsic drive and "staying power" — even when things get difficult or boring.

Goal

Shifting from seeking external validation to finding internal purpose and long-term grit.

OUR VALUES

Impact-Driven

We focus on measurable reflection and long-term societal stability.

Authentic

We share real stories and tangible impulses.

Empowering

We strengthen self-care and resilience to ensure a strong future for the next generation.

PROGRAMS BY AGE GROUP

10-12Years

Children engage in playful, movement-based, and interactive formats designed to build body awareness, courage, and self-confidence.

13-15Years

Teenagers interactively explore their emotions, self-image, and how to navigate inner pressure through mini-challenges, QR-impulses, and story cards.

16-18Years

In this critical phase, the focus shifts to identity, managing expectations, and self-leadership through Real Talks and Lighthouse Stories from Role Models.

Role Models in Action

At the Stanglwirt football camp we pair movement with real encounters — with Björn Schulz and strong role models.

Role models meet kids eye to eye and show them that mental strength doesn't come for free — it's trained every single day, just like the shot on goal.

Sport becomes the doorway: confidence, teamwork and handling pressure are forged on the pitch — and carried straight into school, friendships and everyday life.

Björn Schulz

Björn Schulz

Björn Schulz is an important pillar of the Next Generation Program and significantly involved in its implementation.

He is not only the athletic director at the Stanglwirt but also a WorldChanger from the very first hour.

Monika Prommegger

Monika Prommegger

Monika Prommegger brings many years of experience in social work and social pedagogy to the Next Generation Program.

As a certified Case & Care Manager, she supports children and young people with empathy and professional depth — creating spaces where they can open up, feel heard, and grow mentally stronger.
