Head of Operations & Foundation Management

Your Role

You are the operational engine, building the structures for a scalable "platform model" to reach up to 5,000 schools.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operational leadership of the headquarters & management of hybrid teams.
  • Financial management, controlling & professional donation processing.
  • Strategic fundraising & submission of grant applications.
  • Stakeholder management (interface with the board, experts & role models).

Your Profile

Several years of experience in administrative leadership (foundation, NGO, or start-up), strong in processes and numbers, confident communicator at every level.

Social Media Expert / Content Lead

Your Role

You are the creative voice of the Foundation. Your goal: turn our reach into real impact and make mental health "mainstream."

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning & creation of content for Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn.
  • Storytelling: accompany our modules (NextGen) and make the impact visible.
  • Creator management: briefing and coordinating our role models for joint campaigns.
  • Community building: grow an engaged movement around mindset.

Your Profile

Solid experience in social media management & content creation, a feel for trends and viral formats, a passion for mental health.
