Edutainment
Solid knowledge meets interaction, movement and real stories. Instead of dry theory, students experience content that speaks to them and stays with them.
Mental challenges are part of life. But when they become a heavy burden, they can affect how we think, feel and act – and lead us to avoid challenges, miss opportunities or believe in ourselves less than we could.
In our interactive prevention modules, students learn to better understand mental challenges, put them into perspective and deal with them constructively. We combine science-based content with movement, personal stories and first-hand experience. Students strengthen their self-efficacy, get to know helpful strategies for everyday life and face challenges with growing confidence.

Why NextGen works
Solid knowledge meets interaction, movement and real stories. Instead of dry theory, students experience content that speaks to them and stays with them.
Scientific findings are conveyed in an understandable, age-appropriate and everyday way – without losing substance.
Well-known personalities speak openly about their own mental challenges. That creates closeness, lowers barriers and shows young people: their role models know these situations too – and you can learn to deal with them well.

The 3-E model
The 3-E model guides students through the module in three steps:
Notice your own thoughts and typical patterns
Check the facts and develop new perspectives
Get to know helpful tools and apply them
Schedule
Guide values – the split adapts to the group and topic.
General part I · 15 min
Students explore what mental health means, why it concerns all of us and how it is connected to physical health. They learn why it matters to talk about mental health early and to strengthen it as naturally as physical health.
Focus topic · 50 min
Using true-to-life examples and interactive exercises, students learn to recognise mental challenges, put them into perspective and relieve them. A role model's personal story is woven directly into the content.
General part II · 25 min
In the Challenge Zone, students put what they have learned into practice and experience that they can act despite uncertainty. Reflection, a survey and a personal challenge for home support the transfer into everyday life. They also receive a small toolkit with the key impulses and exercises.
The team
The module is run by a team of two: an expert and an activity coach. Where possible, both genders are represented. The team is complemented by a role model who fits the students' age group and world.
Preparation by the school
Goal of the module
Understand mental challenges, try out helpful strategies and dare to take the first small step.
The modules are prevention, not therapy. If an acute need for support becomes apparent, we refer to school psychology services and professional practitioners. Helplines for acute crises
Voices from the modules
That self-doubt is completely normal and that you're not alone with it.
I just get started – no matter what others think.
I worry less now and tell myself: “I can do this.”
I now know that not everything I do is bad.
I can deal with myself better now.
That I'm not the only one with self-doubt. It was sooo great :)
