NextGen Teams

Be a WorldChanger

Join our NextGen Teams and bring mental strength to life.

All genders · Volunteer or freelance · Germany, Austria, Switzerland · On site and online

You don't just want to talk about change, you want to make it happen? Then help children and teenagers in schools and online to better understand mental challenges, believe in themselves, and pursue their own dreams.

What our teams of two do

For our NextGen school modules we're looking for committed Experts and Activity Coaches who form autonomous teams of two and bring mental strength to life in schools.

Our teams of two combine knowledge with interaction, movement, and fun. Together they create a safe space, actively involve the students, and run the modules independently after joint training.

Our goal: a strong network of regional teams across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In-person modules take place primarily in your region; digital modules are location-independent.

Your profile

What makes you a WorldChanger

  • You believe in the potential of young people and want to strengthen it.
  • You approach kids and teens openly, authentically, and as equals.
  • You enjoy motivating and inspiring people.
  • Standing in front of a class or a camera doesn't faze you.
  • You sense what a group needs right now and adapt flexibly.
  • You get involved, take responsibility, and are reliable.
  • You want to learn, grow, and create real impact together.

For both roles: willingness to provide a current extended criminal record certificate (erweitertes Führungszeugnis) or the equivalent document of your country.
