Be a WorldChanger

NextGen Programme Manager

All genders · Part-time or full-time · Permanent · Remote-first in Germany, Austria, Switzerland · Travel across the region · Start: immediately

You bring the right people together and make sure mental strength actually reaches schools?

Your role

Together with our Mental Health & Prevention Expert, you are responsible for the NextGen programme: while the Expert safeguards content and quality, you make sure our programmes are planned, coordinated, and delivered in schools. You grow our school network, bring the right people together, and develop our organisational processes with plenty of creative freedom.

Your mindset

What makes you a WorldChanger

  • You believe in the potential of young people and want your work to make a lasting difference.
  • You are curious, open to new perspectives, and keen to grow both professionally and personally.
  • You bring your own ideas, take ownership, and get things done pragmatically.
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team.
  • You work independently, in a structured and reliable way, even in a dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities

What you will drive

1

Build the school network

You win schools for the NextGen programme, maintain existing contacts, and develop our collaboration with schools and regional partners.

2

Coordinate school modules

You schedule dates and team assignments, align with schools, school teams, and role models, and accompany delivery from the first enquiry through to follow-up.

3

Grow the school teams

You support the scouting of new Experts and Activity Coaches, organise selection and onboarding, and train the teams in our organisational processes.

4

Organise digital modules

You coordinate dates, participants, and technical processes for our programmes in the digital classroom.

5

Evaluate and develop the NextGen programme

You document the modules, gather feedback from schools and teams, and use it to improve our organisational processes. Together with the Expert, you develop the programme further.

Your profile

What you bring

  • Experience coordinating projects, educational programmes, or events, ideally in education, youth work, the non-profit sector, or healthcare
  • You approach people openly, build lasting relationships, and communicate clearly and respectfully with schools, teams, and partners
  • You work independently and in a structured way, keep track of several parallel assignments, and find pragmatic solutions when plans change
  • You bring your own ideas, take ownership, and enjoy working closely with others
  • You are confident with digital tools and quickly get to grips with new applications
  • Knowledge of social work, social pedagogy, education, psychology, or a related field is an advantage
  • You are willing to travel frequently across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
