Do you want to go beyond thinking about mental health in theory and develop programmes that truly reach young people?
As our Mental Health & Prevention Expert, you play a key part in shaping the professional direction of our work. You are the sparring partner for the Foundation Management on all subject-matter questions and make sure our programmes stay science-based, up to date, and close to the everyday reality of young people.
Your mindset
Your responsibilities
You identify the mental challenges that matter to young people today and translate current scientific findings for our work.
Together with the Foundation Management, you develop new topics and turn them into clear, interactive, age-appropriate modules, materials, and formats.
You develop clear guidelines for sensitive and challenging situations, giving our school teams confidence in how to act.
You train our regional experts and Activity Coaches and are their go-to person for subject-matter questions.
You lead selected in-person and online modules and feed your experience back into their development.
You develop and review professional content for our website, social media, and information materials.
Your profile
Willingness to provide an extended criminal record certificate or the equivalent document of your country.
